Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15400092 Or the millions that are now without drinkable water because NATO destroyed the artificial aquifer Gaddafi built. This is a joke, just as bad as when Obama himself won the award. Yeah... Must be the Norwegians are just a little too close to solar affects as it's affecting their brains. Geez. Someone should take the management of nobel awards away from Norway. They are starting to lose it.... |

Quoting: niphtrique Lol you should be on stage. It was and has always been a tool for the finacial elite to make more money. You people in a Consensus wanted the guilder back, back your goverment just went above your heads and went with the Euro, why is that ?. I may be on stage soon but I am not the one who decides on that. The people who started the EU thought it was a choice between cooperation and war. The model of cooperation of the EU has been successful, but its limits are also clearly visible. I can understand the sarcasm, and I know it was a project of the elite envisioned at Bilderberg, and surely big corporations have profited from that, but there is not doubt that the European Union is a success in many respects. Most people can only think in terms of good/bad or success/failure. You can decide to stop using wheels after your tires went flat, reinvent the wheel later and think you are smart. THey gave this same prize to BO and that didn't work out so well for the USA. Doesn't take much brains to understand, that the internet alone has done more for peace & understanding among European commoners of different nations, than any politicians ever frigging will. (Or Interrail, or student exchange or tourism...all of which were around before the EU.) Anything to keep the cannon fodder believing in "human nature". |

Anyone will have a laugh at this prize, like they did for Obama... exactly and yes...I thought this was an Onion story when I saw it go by on my twitter feed What next? How about next year give the Nobel prize to the State of California, or maybe the National Association of Beauticians or the Island Nation of Togo? Or how about an abstract concept like Oxygen? things are getting weirder and weirder...maybe everyone in charge is on bath salts now |
