UndercoverAlien User ID: 25420655 Brazil 10/12/2012 01:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This image was taken by Mars Hand Lens Imager (MAHLI) onboard NASA's Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 65 (2012-10-12 00:21:35 UTC) . Quoting: zooky [link to mars.jpl.nasa.gov] Take a good look and tell me what you think. It's got to be a piece off the rover itself. Notice how it's got no Mars dust on it. Must have came off the rover or any other parts that were involved in the rover's landing. IMHO. [link to mars.jpl.nasa.gov] Ok, I downloaded a couple of images of Sol 65 and whatever that is, NASA is pretty much interested on it because they spent 2 FUCKING DAYS taking pictures of it. Did you guys notice that?? I don't think it's organic! It totally looks like some industrial polymer to me! Yep could be a piece of some component of the landing apparatus, but I don't think it is, because I don't think NASA would spent two days taking photos of rover's scraps. But that piece of plastic is not the cherry of the cake. The cherry is what is on it: [link to imageupper.com] In 24 hrs the object suffered ZERO modifications on its shape or position, suggesting that it was untouched by the rover and weather influence. Therefore, the black spot seen on its edge in one of the images, but not seen in others, is not a spec of dust put there by the wind. IMO that black spot is an INSECT, what proves either that there IS complex life in Mars or the rover is NOT in Mars. In any cases NASA is lying as usual. After these statements, it would have generated a general chaos in the world, especially by the pressures of the church, which would end further aggravated following revelations that there was contact with a lunar civilization from the 50s, and not friendly contact." I think it looks like dunes, in a moist environment (mist or rain) which is also affected by wind. the 'plastic' or 'leaf' or 'skin' who knows. It's the sand and the way it's shaped that interests me. |

RI McGuillicutty User ID: 19513402 United States 10/12/2012 01:30 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This sounds just like something humans would do. I still have faith in humanity though. I try to, but it gets harder every day. Sadly, something like that would be a bonehead idea on how to dispose our trash elsewhere to take the burden off our planet. I'm sure they'd figure, "No one is usin' this dusty shit hole now, might as well dump trash here"... I was kidding, in this case, obviously... but, sadly, it's not outside the realm of possibility when you realize what goes on, on a daily basis here on this rock.
