What is the procedure in this case cos technically America would be at war even if the war is not on US soil !?

Assuming it's a drill and not a cover to conceal a joint US-Israel strike on Iran.....It's not so much unique drill but it's a very important one, nonetheless.

Before Obama scaled it down, this drill was supposed to test just how well the following respond to similated enemy missile attack:

-X-band radar
-Green-pine & Super Greenpine radars
-SM-3 fired off Aegis destroyers
-Arrow 2
-Arrow 3 (since then pushed back to later this year)
-THAAD
-Magic Wand (also not ready yet)
-Iron Dome
-Iron Dome 2.0 (new radar, software, intercepters)
-Patriot
-PAC, a.k.a Patriot Advanced Capabilities


I am sure there are other classified systems and networks I just listed the obvious ones.

Obama scaling down the drill, is a disservice to not just Israel but to the US themselves because this represented a unique opportunity to test some of this stuff simulteneously.

It would not postpone the elections...

So Hussein has no legal grounds to postpone the elections if he attacks Iran ?
