This isn't about overly picky women....
This is about the one child policy & forced abortions for sex selection...
There is a serious shortage of women in China....
So there is a risk of social instability...
They are blaming the (relatively small number of) women who choose not to marry....
And not the millions of baby girls they flushed down the toilet....
