I don´t understand how this supposedly "liberation" translates into worship of expensive brands in shoes and clothing, and that a woman in her 40´s, dresses, behaves and think (or pretend to think) like a girl of 20.
The catechism for a modern woman consist in the "values" presented in flicks and shows such as:
- The devil wears prada
- Sex and the city
- Gossip girl
- Millionaire Matchmaker
and a long etc.
I think that in the future, when we look back to this years, it will be said that culturally, what defines a woman nowadays is the "princess complex".

we both know what the article was about, we just disagree on the conclusion. I say women should go with the education option because if they do fall in love, get married and have children - and it doesnt work out they have the ability to get housing and support their family on their own if they have to.

Also people should form partnerships based on love, not necessity.

Get all the education you want. But it doesn't make a woman more valuable when a man is looking for a wife.
