oneLOVEsoulJAH User ID: 26915578 United States 04/14/2013 10:44 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This thread is a ghost town on the weekends... So this post is for anyone struggling today with quitting or wanting to quit smoking... One day at a time... When it is really intense - one minute at a time... When you want to smoke after quitting - come here first and ask for help or just rant until the urge passes... Know that what you are doing is life changing and your consciousness will need to adapt to your 'loving your-self more" and wanting to commit passive suicide less. Chew on a piece of licorice, a toothpick, gum, straw until the urges pass... Keep in mind that there are no losers on this thread... only quitters. Welcome to our cyber quitting family! oneLOVE soulJAH (quit date January 1, 2013) |

It is so liberating not being tied to the devil weed anymore... The family is getting all excited for our quitting smoking disneyland trip and even though it will be the 4th time, I am actually pretty jacked up for it too. Could be that I aint had a real vacation in 8 years at least....LOL! Continued success to all quitters old and new and don't forget to reward yourselves for a job well done! Later |

Coffee's so strong, I don't add milk to save it from humiliation. Dark and thick. Good coffee. Bright and sunny. Good day ahead. You ok with continuing the house search? There's a place waiting for you. Just got to connect with it. It will happen. Always on time. Always. Best to you. |

"to save it from humiliation" pure genius. i might steal that when nobody is looking. still searching for a house, but have resolved to the dreaded idea of taking my daughter and my jurassic dog to an apartment setting out there in the new location and house hunt with my own eyes. this means one more year in a cramped townhouse with no place to garden. the up side is, cheap-ass rent and i won't have to mow or repair my own furnace if it needed it. |

The breath of time. To get from A to D you have to go through BC. As we know, it all works out in the end. The good guys win. Great things ahead for you. |
Oddballs User ID: 18097798 United Kingdom 04/15/2013 02:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi Guys Oddball checking in. Yes, I have weakened from time to time, mainly when alchahol was involved but in general now it is coming up to 6 months since I stopped to smoke regular. I have stopped sucking the mints but now rely on the nicotine mouth spray. They are expensive but they do keep the cravings away. I am still not over this and I know that I could start again quite easily so just take it day for day. Best of luck to you all who are doing this with us together. OGG MSTK MBMS UIKW ITA |
