I have quit smoking before in my past and usually do not struggle with it much in terms of withdrawal or physical discomfort. I know 3-4 cigs isn't much compared to what some people smoke. This is a good/positive thread for people to find support for kicking this unhealthy habit. Kudos to all who have quit or are working on doing so. I have been a regular smoker for many years now but never in excess, maybe a bowl a day at most. I have seen some other discussions on this on GLP and observed people reporting increased energy and more vivid dreams (as well as a greater ability to recall their dreams). Noticed anything in your 12 days of cannabis sobriety? "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it." |

I just keep telling myself "you can do this" and it eventually goes away.... when I quit drinking I also started working out.....I bought an X-Factor (one of those things you hook up to a door) and whenever I think about fucking up I just do some reps to take my mind off of the bull shit... I will smoke herb again, I'm sure.....but the breaks I'm taking in between sessions are getting longer and longer..... I remember reading a post of yours the other night and seeing you using a Chuck Norris smiley as well as your Chuck Norris avatar. I thought for a minute how funny it would be if you were actually Chuck Norris and just so enfatuated with yourself that you used your own photo as your avatar as well as smileys of your own likeness, haha....
