Have you tried the vapor mate or similar tobacco free
electronic cigarettes? 3 months smoike free after 41 years, and the steam looks like smoke !!

As this is as harmful as coffee, I didn't think I would ever
stop vaping, but the addiction becomes so tiny, that if the
battery, or fluid runs out now, I don't get the jitters anymore.

And I was shocked at how easy it was to tell if a person was
a smoker or not ! They all have a dull reek about them.

Good luck...never to late to stop !!
