I've given you 2 5 star votes, OP, over the course of this thread. You've done what I've wanted to do and need to do. I've got an e-cig and that worked for a weekend, I need the cajones to keep going.  Thanks, I sure hope it works for you, especially if you are younger, the earlier the better.
