Solution :

Get a bunch of ideally ripe fruit and always take some as bait and switch.

Tell yourself that you'll decide whether going to smoke that day in the Morning after check mating the Blood sugar craving which can be a big part of it.

Exercise your will to decide to quit till lunch or the next morning, and when that time arrives, you can ask yourself again.

Get Control and Stay in Control

Trying to quit for a lifetime may be too big a step if you are not making your goals established ( for others reading ).

Get Control in segments and slam dunk the desire for that segment.

Some mornings you get the message: I don't Need a __________ !
