Wahey all cravings have gone now. I can actually hold a cigarette and have no desire to smoke it.

The way I did it was, thus: I went cold turkey for three days, yet on the third day the cravings became immense and I was moody as hell. So I decided to have one cig. Then I went cold turkey again. I didn't get any cravings for another 5 days, so I lit one up. I noticed this time around, that a quarter of the way through the cig, it made me feel sick, so I stubbed it out.

Now I'm completely over my nicotine addiction, and I think it only took me just over two weeks to quit.
