I am coming up on 72 hours and I feel awesome, I just love turning the urge to smoke and the related anxious/ nervous energy into nothing more than excitement for all things to come....

Reverse psychology at it's finest.

Going to go look at some work this morning and have a fairly long drive to get there, but I think If I make my carpool buddy stop as necessary for me to get over an urge, I'll be OK..
