December 31, 2012 my last smoke.

Quit before for 16 years. Been smoking organic for about 4 years.

Got my detox herbs, whole foods, and juicer ready.

Got my herbal remedies to help my nervous system cope.

Lots of bath soaks and salts (detox and cleansing for lungs).

Able to take one month off from work to rest and detox (worked the last 3 months 10-12 hour days sometimes 7 days a week for this gift of time).

Incorporating bio mat, chi machine, yoga, walks in woods, mediation and more time with my spiritual family and teacher.

Reorganizing my life so that the stress levels are less and the joy of living life levels are much higher.

I will do this and wanted to declare my intention to do so amongst others who are doing the very same!
