Encouragement to us all. There is a life outside the coffin nails apparently. The hard part, hard as it is, isn't the quitting, it's the staying quit. Two or three months from now we must not get all cocky and think we can manage one puff. We can't. Not ever again.
Quitting is liberation, not punishment.
