Hey, Salt. Good to hear you. Wow. 28 - almost a month. Did it go as fast for you as it seemed over here? It flew. Great to know you're doing well.

Saw your thread some time back regarding your return to Pittsburg. Must be much to do before the move. Seems it's going to be a wonderful new chapter for you.

Speaking of Pittsburg....A remarkable, in my estimation, man who I have admired for many years hails from Pittsburg. Fred Rogers. Yep, that Fred Rogers - "It's such a good feeling to know you're alive.." - The very same.

Open to ridicule by many (some wonderfully so like in Eddy Murphy's parady in "Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood..."Kill my landlord!," and some just shallow spiteful potshots) for his gentleness and soft-spoken nature. To me, Fred always seemed to be a man fullfilling the work God intended for him. Man, I so admired the way he spoke to children; such great intelligence, loving-kindness, and compassion. What a teacher. Truly, a unique soul and a lovely, lovely man (as far as we can ever tell from a distance). Would that I could say I've made my life's work dedicated to enriching others as he did. Admirable.

In any event, don't be a stranger and I hope all is going well with the pre-move prep. And smoke-free at that!

Super cranky today - nerves on edge. 4 hours of sleep last night, early morning call related to chaos, nerves tense, argumentative and super, super, cranky.

Other than that, doing well...

Yes, aggravation is a constant battle over here as well...... My wife has been saying, "welcome back to being an asshole"

I guess that means that I am finally equalizing on the emotions.

Anyhow, it will get better until you are back to your old self...

On the lighter side, today I was getting my morning coffee and actually waved at the Camel 99's and said "hello, I see you there and I don't want you anymore"

Needless to say, the shopkeep was looking at me like I was crazy till I told her that I quit, then she looke at me as though I was just a little less crazy...

Way to be quitters, keep up the battle as the war is far from over
later

Sorry guys I messed up.

I was among a whole group of my smoking freinds, out in the mountains, no more nicotine mints and drinking alchahol. So I lost my will and smoked a few.

Back on the mints again and of course detirmined to make it last. looks like I need to take it in such stages but hopefully eventually the temptation will go for all time.

It happens, Oddballs, Don't beat yourself up. Bump in the road.

You're further down the road and way ahead of the game.

You'll do it. You deserve it.
