Anon Canada @ 14....  I too used walking for my therapy although not quite five miles a day..... More like 5 1/2 walks a day...definitly helped with the sleeping. Canada MJ quitter..... you too get a I have been struggling with quitting the second devil weed for the last few weeks.... Thankfully you've only been smoking for five years and not 30 like me.
