Just checking in to say a big well done to all the long term quitters and the others who have just started on evicting the poison from their systems.... Well done and keep it going to everyone....!! My lymph node problem in my throat has gone and i can't feel it in my ear either.....Fantastic... Funny thing is i didn't even pick up my prescription from the Doc.....I must have scared it away with the threat of antibiotics.........which is nice...!!
