NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF!

It doesn't matter how much I want to smoke
It doesn't matter that my brain is telling me "you can have just one"
It doesn't matter if I feel fine with no lung issues

I does matter to my own sense of well being..
It does matter to my family and friends
I am worth it and that also matters

It also matters that this thread is in place for us to let smoking go because we can
