Day 1 almost over, made it without going crazy. Actually wasn't so bad. Just a little fuzzy in the head at times. Read the entire Allen Carr Easyway book today. Turns out my symbol for rebellion from my youth was actually my slave master for many years. Who knew? My lungs are thanking me.... I'm thanking all of you for the inspiration and encouragement.
