I QUIT SMOKING , On JANUAR 06, 2012 after 40 years smoking like hell 14 months without tabac now i feel very good  Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35609566 Very impressive, Any tips or pointers for some of us greenhorns in the group. hahaha Greenhorns, well for me the first 6 months after i stoped was a bit havy, always looking around like searching something, missing the typical smoker-gestic, missing my fingers near the face, lips, the up and down of my elbow . . . . . etc. the most important help comes from myself - i was simple thinking WHAT IS TABAC and WHY I BURNED THEM and INHALED and that was the point of no return. i had also great help from my girlfriend - she dont smoke never and she was suffering my smoke. sorry for myself i was that stupid and for so many years. i know for some people it looks impossible stop smoking like it was for me before, but believe me - make a analysis of what you are inhaling, look for friends who dont smoke - get envolved with them, just a idea
