Don't know how the brainwashing in that book works, but wow, it works." Exactly how I describe the book to anyone who will listen.... [ link to media.wix.com] [ link to whyquit.com] Day 4, whooohoooo. Re-read parts of the book last night when I didn't have the support from thread. Only fleeting urges now, by golly, I may have his licked. One day at a time, one ciggie not smoked at a time. Now instead of envying anyone I see smoking, I pity them, for they still have the monkey on their back. Money saved to date, $48., that's not chicken feed. Thanks again for the info and support guys! I'll keep you updated on my progress.  Keep stronger then those urges. Doing something to get your mind off the urges does work. I learned to play the piano.
