2 months no smokes, feeling better than ever......
just thought i would check back in with the support group..
just threw out all my ashtrays...

I fell off the wagon about 2 weeks in and had 2 cigarettes, but i came on here and confessed to the group, Then i got straight back on the non-smoking horse and rode off into the sunset....   DF
