i quit january 1.

I am happy to report that I am now a non-smoker!
I have been 100 percent smoke-free for a week and a half now.......and I did it without the use of meds, e cigs, patches....just had to want it bad enough.
I am awesome! And so are all of you!

Immediately after my initial post, I posted a follow-up retraction (please see my post immediately below the one you referenced).

I don't play with people's time. To hard-earned to make a mistake with.

My lawyers will be sending you a temporary restraining order (heretoforth referred to as the TRO) for your review.

The TRO demands I cease, immediately and without prejudice, from discussing, posting, or pondering, anyone's smoke-free time. Any violation of the TRO on my part will require me to watch every episode of the "Kardashians" ever made, peruse and read every vaccuous article ever written about said "Kardashians," and become a pool boy for the entire "Kardashian" klan whenever they vacation in Vahalla. These terms will be binding (something Kim "Kardashian" may want to consider for her rather rotund derrier and vanity) and not open to appeal.

January 1 - March 6 in the year 2013. Salt ain't smoking, B-Boy!

I had an ex-girlfriend who called me "baggage." I don't know why she called me that, but she was always tossing me to the curb. Whenever I objected, she told me to take it up with the baggage claim.

It's a sad sweet memory, and we're far apart, but I remain tagged, here in my heart.

She's probably still smoking.

Thanks DF...I truly feel like a non smoker..I smoked for 18 years and today is day 58 of being a non smoker...I'd NEVER go back to smoking and honestly at this time I laugh in disbelief that I ever did smoke. It is amazing how you can smell things so much better and no more anxiety over thinking that I can't do this or that because I won't have access to smoking a cigarette..I just feel free to go anywhere I want for as long as I want without worrying what time I'll go smoke, where I'll smoke..etc...smoking is truly a trap. When I smoked I did not see I was in this trap. I'm so happy to be free, I can breathe better, I smell better, I feel better and I'm happier. Everyday gets better and better.

You are now enjoying the benefits of quitting smoking. All the things you listed are awaiting others that wish to quit. DF

UK, 24 hours smoke-free makes you a non-smoker. Without a doubt.

Hello fellow quitters!

Congrats to all just for today.

Goin through a difficult time - ongoing with new tenant. Reminds me of when I got sober 26 years ago - same level of hard, hard, hard. And in the same way - if I can get through this level of intensity and stress early days - I will be just fine.

The intensity and levels of negativity I am dealing with tires me greatly and I don't have much left to share in positivity.

I quit last Sunday, but I'm having trouble concentrating, and my mood swings are getting to the wife.

I don't want any drugs to help me quit,I stopped drinking and that helps a lot. But sometimes I feel like squeezing someone's head like a zit.

Help!
