Probably most interactions were consensual at the time of happening even those with kids. At some point they may go outside a person's comfort zone. Unfortunately this can happen in moments, minutes, hours and may-be years later. Even the kids in the Savile revelations admitted there was "a price to pay" for their "treats".

The fact is people have animal instincts - even kids. Sadly we now see the same attention whores speaking out about a system they colluded with when it suited them. While those with the least voice were and still are being branded delusional.
