Well, Obama attended church frequently too.. Not all christians and faiths wear crosses. This is kinda silly. Frankly, I can't remember any president wearing a cross.

Did he ever say that he was christian, do you have to be christian to hold that position. What worried me was when he didnt put his hand over his heart when the national anthem was being played. I though all americans did that.

Short version:

A messianic Jew is a Jew who follows the teaching of the Torah, and believes that Yeshua is the fulfillment of the messianic prophecies in the Torah.

We keep kosher, have the Sabbath on Saturday, celebrate the festivals Jesus did: Passover, Sukkoth, Yom Kippur, etc.

No Christmas or Easter, because they are not the festivals the Lord mentions in the Torah.

We worship in Hebrew, some English. We actually read the Old Testament. If more Jews actually read it, it would mean far more Messianics in the world.

No, and neither do I, but the worst, most sinful and hypocritical "Christians" I know are always wearing and flaunting big gold ones... not to mention randomly mentioning bible versus and thanking the lord at random moments...

Lying being the issue, yes. But what about evidence? Speculation alone means nothing. We need to review the course of actions and verbage by a person suspected of lying.

Perhaps what he says and does or does not do is circumstantial to SUPPORT that he is lying or not lying, right?

If we took him to court TODAY for example, you would NEED evidence to back up the claim that you say he is lying. Religion is like knowing if you are rich/poor or if you are male/female...you just KNOW what you are along with skin color or where you were born. You do not just FORGET or slip up. Try forgetting your religion, skin color or gender sometime...doesn't happen.
