This is the Cleveland RTA uppercut victim speaking out for the very first time since the incident. She said she felt like she was in Mortal Kombat when she got the uppercut from the bus driver. This situation has been all over the news everywhere.

Regardless, she physically assaulted him first, a man was standing in the way of the camera right before you can just barely see her hitting him.

Of course his retaliation was in plain view, so she'll come away clean and the victim, and go on abusing public workers elsewhere.
