Put a Chicken Coop in your front yard and start raising fighting roosters.

Get an old car, park it in front of your house, jack it up, take the tires off and set it on blocks, leave the hood open.

Find a farm nearby and buy a couple of Wiener Pigs, butcher them in the driveway and leave the blood, or just hose it onto the sidewalk.
