logistically this would be very tough, prob the best chance of success would be to drop commando units in undercover to blow up the nuclear sites which are widely dispersed and the main enrichment site at Fordow, near Qom, is dug too deep underground for israhell's airborne and missile attacks to be effective. bit not jsut for that reason alone they really couldn't pull off an air strike it's too far away (1800 kms) it would mean flying over sovereign nations and re-fueling in flight. now if they could get the americans on board with the idea of striking iran then they would have access to aircraft carriers

An interesting fact is that the Carrier Strike Group Stennis passed the Strait of Malacca westbound at the same time (last weekend) as CSG Washington that normally never ventures so far away from Yokosuka, its Japanese home port.
