Somewhat reasonable and much more thought out and intelligent than your average ethnic nationalist but what you fail to take into consideration are the very ideological differences that have always divided Europe that will not be mended on some sort of pan-ethnic notions.

For example, even if you could get all the ethnic nationalists to agree on what a white or euroasian was, which you wouldn't, then you guys would fight on economic policy, or where the power structures would reside. The Russians would want the majority of power to reside in Russia and would want to be part of the ideal euro man while nordic nationalists would call them mongols etc.

Besides that Russia's second most popular party is the communist party, so how would you have even brought russia into this hypothetical eurasia? You wouldn't have, the only way Russia would be part of it is if they created it, which the rest of Europe would resist.

The European Union is hanging on for dear life as is, that is why liberal idealists even have to award the EU the nobel peace prize, to try and scare people into the consequences of a EU broken.

How the hell do you think you would create and even large EU and unite all those people into one ethnicity? You can't and you won't.
