You could be wrong about everything u know. I had a panic attack recently. Your mind is like a computer i suppose but better, it will always find a way to repair via instinct. Id recommend buying teas and drinking it most of the day, green, white, cammimile and drink water loads. You will be able to cope. I feel bad theres nothing I can do for a complete stranger and thats where the beauty is, you can be strong for yourself knowing you have to find courage and strength. Even the most helpful person around could only pick you up but from then on you have to lead the way. Life is different now. If its truth you seek one day you will find it and know peace. If its any constilation most of the world may feel the way you do, some better, some worse but everyone is in a mess together. You only live once and if you get to live again its a bonus. Try and forget the panic attack, maybe it was just a dream. If it persists than maybe blitz it with something without addictions until you can find why it happens. You owe no-one nothing. If you can give your life to aiding others, its a win situation. Maybe get away from technology and go to the country. Keep it real : )

Op how would you approach your day if you knew everything u read or thought about projected instantly creating your physical reality? Would u be more careful what you read and spend ur time reading? Of course u would.

Now my friend you need to cleanse urself of all this evil and fear u have focused on. Read poems of love....spend as much time in nature as possible....watch Comedy movies...not horror.....meditate...guided love meditations on youtube.

You will literally create your own hell if you keep focusing and reading all the evil bullshit out there. YOU are in control ...you do not need to look outside urself...no god is going to change anything....its you and always will be you. You can take control of your reality or be a victim of it.

Im serious though what if all ur thoughts manifested and created r future? You would spend all ur time doing things that made u feel bliss and love would u not? Well u may not believe me or understand it but that is the truth! U are the creator...take this to heart friend because ur more powerful than u cld ever imagine. If u dont accept this as truth u will be a victim of ur reality and project ur fears.

Only ur thoughts arnt instantaneously manifested ...its hard to explain....but its due to how we perceive time. Like astral plane thought instantly manifest ur projections. On earth its not instant..but does dictate ur future and what u will experience in the coming. U can chose to make it positive but u have to believe it and consciously seed it.

And dont listen to these lost souls talking about god and the devil. YOU ARE THe ONE IN CONTROL NOT ANYBODY ELSE. You are the one with the power to change this. Simply by only allowing urself to plant positive loving thoughts into ur consciousness. I repeat do not read or focus on any negative period. Fill ur mind with loving amazing thoughts. Music is a great way of doing so...i love to listen to the piano when im feeling overwhelmed. Or read a positive book. Delete any youtube subscriptions of people trying to plant evil negative thoughts in your mind. I hope you understand what im telling u...from the bottom of my heart im trying to help you. Anyone that tells you to look outside urself for the answer is confused or trying to fool u. Everything in life tricks us to look outside for answers....u ever wonder why? Cuz thats the illusion...making u think ur a victim of someone elses creation...when its ur own.

OK imagine for a second that everything that you have ever feared or known is not real, and then the next second realize that this is true. You have nothing to fear, as a matter of fact the more you fear the worse it will get.
Stand back and breathe and realize that you are perfect and there is nothing can can ever take away from this truth and then know that there is nothing in this world that could ever take away from the fear, no matter how hard it is to conceive you are perfect and certain powers are trying to feed on your fears.......You have let them but you are so powerful over everything, just think of love, and that you are wonderful in every way, and this world is not going to end, this way of thinking is going to end.
Your not here for no reason you are just starting to realize and i am here to tell you that you don't have to go through this because i did the hard way. You are headed somewhere good or else this would not be happening to you, and you have to realize that all is a lie. You are not, you are beautiful and have everything that it takes to make this happen.

Thank u friend. I got caught up in the same thing as op...as many of us have and took me awhile to realize its all bullshit.

We are on the verge of the great shift....unveiling....i think we have been seing the world through a "fractal" of our consciousness...not allowing us to realize who and what we are. Thats about to change...and we will have an opportunity to leave this world....and depending on what energy is most abundant...positive/love...or negative/fear...will dictate what we experience next.

Plus when time stops manifestation becomes instantaneous! So during that moment if your mind is overwhelmed with fear....we will instantly project our own horror film. The key is to KNOW your consciousness dictated ur projected physical experience. Like when astral traveling if you think about a gun boom there it will be...anyone who wants better understanding practice astral traveling....there are many great books. This will help u be more comfortable with death and connect with who and what we truelly are and are capable of.
