I can't say people will or will not riot, BUT there are food pantry's still open in most places and missions.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24960373 about half of the food pantries have dried up and are barren. Nobody is giving to them anymore. They do not have it to give. a while back, there was a news segment on local TV of a woman who had been giving to the food bank for the past 20 yrs. This yr she was receiving food instead of giving. And it's like this almost everywhere.
