It comes down to experience and wisdom. You have to know what has been done, what works, and what doesn't. Then, apply it to your situation. There is NO MANUAL to life my son. One of these days... Listen my friend.... You won't find that info in a book. And, if you find a book that you think has the answers, you'll probably regret it. Each situation is unique. Each Building is unique. There are fundamentals, which you have already alluded to. (Check your hard corners, Clear systematically, develop a communication strategy that works with your partners) But it requires practice There's a reason we all train in a variety of environments. If I had to recommend a book for you, it would be Musashi's "Book of Five Rings", which was written thousands of years ago, and doesn't really cover "room entries". But then again....
