True story-- I was in the grocery store this afternoon (Saturday) and a man came up to me and said he has some food stamps to sell.

I guess he needed some cash--I said no--I don't carry cash anyway--just thought it was interesting.

They are meant for food, I hate to think of kids missing out on food because their parents sell the stamps.

The grocery store where my daughter works--she says that about 40% of the customers use EBT cards which is like welfare here--money gets added in every month. She is shocked the things you can buy with them--it is not limited to healthy food--most all junk food is included, but only the cheapest eggs, milk and meat--sad they will let you buy junk food and not quality food.

And not that anyone cares, but I believe--there isn't anything free --one way or another you have to pay--spiritually speaking.
