Do you feel, that perhaps we are seeing a rearmament on a scale we've not see since WW2 and the Cold War?
Personally I see these kinds of headlines and think of the prelude to WW2 and the many different ways nations sought to increase their arms without seeming like they where breaking any treaty..
We're buying bullets, but hey it's only for internal use, we're building drones, but hey it's only for internal use.
Seems like we, that is nations in the West are stockpiling arms and weapons for a reason, and I honestly don't think it is to subdue internal strife.
