OK, I watched part of the second video.

At first, I thought he was just coming from the angle of we are in a matrix world, a simulation, then he goes right into that the USA republic was hijacked and made into a USA corp, I guess like those who say we are living under admiralty law under the corporate USA, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, with a Corporate Constitution

Anyway, I take it that he uses the first part of video 2 as a metaphor to show that we think we are living under the constitution, but the reality is we are property owned by the USA corp, and we can choose to be soverign citizens again.

Did I get it right, or should I watch all of his viceos?

1) someone is making changes as we type here
2) it has been taken down

All I can tell you is it happened all the time when I used to study at his site. You could be right or it could be same ol, same ol.

We are now at the point where the quintessential paradox has been revealed. The stewards are now set against their wards with neither having the capacity to see a path of reconciliation without the perceived destruction of the other as the solution in the respective mindsets.

Those “without” look to those “with” as the cause of their scarcity and deprivation. Those “with” look
at those “without” as the cause of the scarcity and deprivation. Both sides of this impasse are right and both sides are wrong. Both sides lack, at this moment, the capacity to forgive the other for what had to be. Both sides have only contempt and vengeance within them. We are stuck in this paradox locked in an apparently un-winnable conflict that if left to proceed will destroy all man has sought to preserve.

Those “with” cannot be heard by those “without” and those “without” cannot be heard by those “with” as the anger and fear blinds both to the true path of reconciliation. We have been taught a priceless lesson and it is time to fully appreciate what we have learned and begin acting as the proper student. I can speak with the authority of being at the bottom and seeing the true cause of my uncomfortable circumstance. The error I made was in believing that others acting on my behalf could act for my benefit. This is to say that I chose a path of irresponsibility as I looked to government as the solution to my self-created problems. When a man is not responsible then he is insane and only one who comports himself in a responsible manner can enjoy the rights available to him. We of Earth, for the most part, expected others to take responsibility for us and with predictable results. Those that began telling us what to do could do nothing more than create suffering and pain as they were not permitted to do otherwise.

A responsible man does not need vengeance or spite. Burning down your countries and executing the perceived “perpetrators” is to attack those who, although they began with good intentions, were prohibited from doing anything but cause pain to those who willingly choose the path of irresponsibility. That suffering formed the negative consequences for this vital lesson. Those “with” could do nothing else as they are as powerless as those “without”. Those “without” could do nothing other than acting as insane, confused and barbaric animals that require ever increasing systems of control and punishment. Those “with” fear those “without” for good reasons; those “without” fear those “with” for good reasons. The reason is that our teacher was showing us what results when we do not look in the mirror for the cause of our suffering. Each and everyone one of us must now take responsibility and offer love, forgiveness and gratitude for the parts the other had to play to bring about this vital lesson.

The insane lack the capacity of love, forgiveness, gratitude and acceptance as their hearts are filled with fear, rage and vengeance. The insane man blames all those around him for his misery and pain, rather than, having the courage of seeing that it is they, the insane and irresponsible, who are in error.

The solution is to trust that an act of unilateral forgiveness without the expectation of a return gesture is the path out of the paradox. It is not trust in the other but a trust of the ultimate teacher that is required. We must look past the injury as it has been nothing more than insane self-abuse. This has served its purpose and must now change.

It is not prudent to hand a small child, who lacks the responsibility to comport themselves appropriately, a hammer, as they can do nothing more than hurt themselves with it. The parent is waiting for the child to be worthy of such a tool and that tool will remain withheld until the child begins to see the power of responsibility and begins acting accordingly.

Folks burning your cities, hurting each other and injuring those who are with you attempting to protect you from self-injury is the response of an insane animal. This will do nothing more than prove that you are a danger to yourself and require more power and control exerted over you. We rebel only against ourselves.

Those who have fear, that now withhold abundance, must recognize that this deprivation will succeed in only bringing about your own demise as you are outnumbered. Your inability to see that the path we take leads only to destruction demonstrates a similar lack of responsibility.

Both sides of this paradox are to blame and only love and forgiveness is the means of reconciliation.

I do not see either side exercising true courage here and we are lost without it.

A website should not error out. That is simply not normal. In any event, like you more or less say, we shall see..

I used to email him all the time and tell him his website errored out. He'd fix it and it would work a day, a few hours or a few days, and do it again.

He may be busy, as he is likely not in Texas, but up in Washington, DC.

There is no telling what's happening with him right now, that's for sure! But, I feel positive he will get word out as soon as he can.

I wonder and expect the best for this guy. I also search for answers to unravle the legalese.

I don't know anything about the UCC approach or David Merrill. Sorry. But, when his website is back up, you can go to the page about a Cheat Sheet. That is a real good summary of his teaching.

Also, he answered me today and said he will be uploading a YT video soon. So, watch his channel.

Since he and I spoke in a private message, I won't relay it verbatim. But, he said what he witnessed today was corrupt and even following their own rules, they can't fix the system.

Guys, don't waste any time listening to any of these "freedom" gurus.

I have met David Merril personally and he is full of shit. He claims you don't need a driver's license, well, guess what? HE BIKES EVERYWHERE. Yeah, he cannot drive or he'll be thrown in jail.

You cannot exit the system
You cannot live outside the system
You cannot beat the system

I wasted 2 years of my life on every guru I could find and in the end, the system crushed me.

The only time a "guru" gets off is when he exploits a law-book technicality that any cut rate lawyer could find.

There are no loopholes, because the system is not a republic - never was.

This is exactly why I stayed away from this guy. I didn't want anything to do with that kind of thing. However, I felt I was to look into the information anyway.

What he helped me with is sovereignty from my agreements before incarnation. I didn't get into the rest of the stuff.
