The term God is a relative thing. You want the claim that as Gods they would be omniscient and omnipotent. That only applies to the very top of the food chain; how about somebody who possesses technology ahead of your own and intelligence that is twice yours? I saw him speak back in the 90's and was quite unimpressed, he just seemed like a fussy old scholar entrenched in his dogma.

I also saw that Arizona Wilder interview years later and was at first surprised to hear him mentioned as an attendee at a ritual, but upon reflection thought it made sense in a strange way.

Years later, I stumbled on a video of him giving a lecture while he was quite drunk. During his talk, he broke down and admitted to the audience that he's been told to deliberately lead them astray and present theories that will keep serious researchers from every getting to the heart of the matter. He was blubbering as he said this, apologizing to everyone for being part of this deception.

I've since searched the Internet every way I could think of to find that video again, but it appears to have been scrubbed. But I remember what I saw, and when his work started appearing on television as part of those hooky UFO shows, I was convinced he is part of a disinformation scheme -- just like Steven Greer...

All the more reason to take all these kinds of theories with a grain of salt, there is so much misdirection at work it is easy to get sidetracked from the real issues.
