and you think the only explanation is cmes and the sun? did you checked the sun's activity lately, there was indeed a mild solar flare, and a geomagnetic storm too, but they are not that big.
what kind of telvison you have? what is your source for the tv? (internet, cable, antenna)
what do you mean by fuzzy?
you should not be watching that thing anyway...
