The iranian doctrine is shooting many missiles at the same time and towards the same target.So it wont be a (one missile),it will be 10,20 or 30 missiles together.
The same for ballistic missiles,they try to launch many missiles at the same time towards the same target.

Of course you need thousands of missiles to do this kind of attack,tens of thousands...who knows...if they have them or not.These guys may be producing missiles for 30 years,alla day and night long.
