Is this "Zit" sitting in between your Spine and Anus?
Or on a Side of your Buttocks?
In the first case you need a Medic because this must
get cut out, the second one you can treat by yourself
when you are able to work under hygienic Circumstances!
Quoting: the mighty Atom actually pilondial cysts often pop by themselves and cutting them out surgically is no use because they will return if all of the tissue is not removed..
