"Hostess Brands Inc. said Thursday that the company and its five subsidiaries have filed a joint plan of reorganization, potentially signally the final phases of a bankruptcy case that has lasted all year.

Rayburn said Hostess is working to complete its restructuring and exit Chapter 11 in the next few months.

He thanked company employees “for their continued hard work and commitment.”
