I guess you're a christian. In that case i'd suggest you to study the bible (better).
I'm a messianic Jew and as such i can tell that God will restore Israel in two phases:
1) first physically (from '48 and ongoing)
2) later on He will restore them spiritually
This is the essence of Ezekiel 36: 24-27.
Mystery Babylon, a religious system, will be destroyed during the first half of the Tribulation by ten kings. This can't be Jerusalem, because only during Jacob's trouble they will need to flee when the antichrist will persecute them for 3,5 yrs.
Rev 18 on the other hand is a city and the seat of the antichrist.
According to the Tanach Babylon (mentioned in Rev 18) will never be inhabited again: "And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans' pride, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhibited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation" (Isaiah 13:19-20)
From this verse it becomes clear that Babylon the city is not Jerusalem, because the Messiah will reign their for a 1000 yrs.

That was NOT a "restoration" because of one simple little thing... it was the joining of
BOTH the
GOOD and
BAD figs.
In the NEW Jerusalem to come.. there are
NO bad figs within it.
Revelation 21 is very specific about the New Jerusalem coming HERE from ABOVE. It will not be an "earthly" kingdom any longer. And there will be no more evil.

You can't dispute it with your opinions and commentary. IT IS WRITTEN. But yes, I agree that she will be destroyed by ten kings because that is also written.
Religious systems only belong to the four hidden dynasties. Read
Zechariah 1.
Religion is just a horn of power,
one of four, which the elite use to control. There's also Economic/Monetary, Education/Media, and Politics/Governments that are just forms of control. None of these are one single entity of absolute power in control of it all.
Mystery Babylon encompasses
ALL FOUR of the dynasties. Wake up. She controls all of it. She is not just a "system".

The reason no one will ever dwell in this Jerusalem again is because YHVH is going to wipe it off of the face of the earth.
He will bring down the New Jerusalem from ABOVE.
