Why can't people just understand that there is a reason why they are not welcome there? It's a top secret military facility that develops technology.. go try to sneak onto any base and the same thing will happen. Yeah, Groom Lake is a little more excessive and heavily guarded, but it needs to be. There's a reason why it's in middle of nowhere, not very easy to test new aircraft in a very populated area.


Do I think there is alien technology there? I have no idea, but I can say trying to sneak onto a secret military facility is not going to give you the answer... So what this tells me is that the next time I am there I will do likewise. They won't shoot me and I have a sense of adventure. I have been there twice, my third time will be much different!

The signs say deadly force authorized don't they? If the BBC crew is alive then that just mean they{security personnel} went easy on them. I would personally want to feel secure in knowing that our people will shred anyone trying to enter our secure facilities like area 51 and am a bit disappointed that they don't blow these intruders away when they try and enter government bases of that kind of importance. Our national security can't be allowed to be compromised by some crappy film crew wanting a sensational story.

the area is in the middle of nowhere, with spy cameras and ground sensors all over the desert... and these dumb people thought that they could sneak up on them ? employees there are taken by airplane everyday from las vegas ... no car allowed to get near... these people did not do research beforehand for certain.
