The aliens are already here and have been on Earth for as long as humans. Humans have alien dna so are in effect aliens themselves. Various governments know of at least forty different alien species, some of which look identical to humans and blend in with normal society. Some aliens have been on the earth for thousands of years, some visit intermittantly and some visit rarely depending on the species.
