The oil companies are buying up mineral rights all over Louisiana. Would they be doing this if they thought it was all going into the ocean. The oil companies discovered the huge oil reserves ready to be tapped or to be reserved. Now creating a scare and doom situation to see they they can get the population to flee the state. Wonder who will be buying all the land up if they play out their doom right? Some want us to believe the Madrid will fail and will dump it all into the ocean.

There have been no new refineries here and it does look as though the new emphasis is on canada.

btw can't imagine how they plan to sort out the mess in LA because it is a massive open wound. There is no tech to fix that to manageable let alone useable.
