I'll tell what is not inflated; my time to garden tomatoes, okra, beans, squash, peppers and cucumbers, plus the time it takes to harvest and put up.

I save my seed from year-to-year and compost for fertilizer. Price, time wise, remains the same.

Really good eating.

It does cost me a lot more for a steak or hamburger once in a while.
