Can anyone else hear the Universal frequency/ ringing in their ears?

the freq. I hear is 12288 which is 4096 above it's octave of 8192.
Put another way: one octave above 4096 is 8192, that was close to the tone but not quite. Another octave above that is out of my hearing range. So I added another 4096 and bingo... that is the tone that is constantly in my ears.
8192+4096=12288hz

To do this; imagine if you had a glass full of water...and you tapped the outside of it with that frequency. What form would that make inside the water? The sound is coming all the way from the outer edge of the universe to reach us. Otherwise it wouldn't be such a high pitch. A lower pitch would't have made it the distance for us to still be able to hear it. That is what I believe is happening to us
