BTW, BOTH my wife and I took the tests and yes, we do need meat (especially fish although we do not have the EXACT same blood type diet)or we do get sick. You will see our health deterioration and our skin color change and we get sick really easy and have no energy. Perhaps you have not taken time to RESEARCH blood type diet to understand it? Perhaps you thought the word "DIET" meant to eat less??? Research it...use your smarts my friend before jumping to conclusions.
