What will they do when someone develops an app that gives away the location of mobs of roaming thugs and groups of counter-thugs drive by with shot guns and fire bombs??? One shot gun or Molotov cocktail would light up 15 of them at once!

Not all black youth are like this but eventually, you will have people hunting the thug groups down. They are still only a small percentage of the population and if enough groups get wiped out at once, they don't realize they will contribute to their extinction. Can't everyone just be nice???

Too bad the guy couldn't have killed all of them!
