This is outrageous. We need to ban all knives. The "wrong guy" had a concealed assault knife for protection. We need to ban forks too! they could be used for such a vigilante attack.

Get them on video or surveillance cams where they're clearly assaulting you or trying to rob you - or worse - and if you shoot them and kill them you collect a reward of say ten thousand dollars per hide? A few weeks of operating that way and the problem would be solved! In the worst areas it might take a few months before a few dozen were dead. But in a fairly short period of time, our streets would be safe again.

Nothing else makes sense. The police are powerless to catch this vermin and when they do, the courts often find no one is willing to testify against them and the case/charges are dropped.
