Amazing! They are human beings! They have obviously been through he11. Both sons/brothers dead, husband/father dead! Mom sounds drunk and rightfully so. To me, this is not typical LL lauging material but a call for reflecton and time to, for once, not use the misfortunes of others to get a jolly. Humanity= everyone is part of it. Making presumptions about their lineage will not help them......prayer might.
